The following Dietitian services are included in this Quotation Estimate and are delivered in full compliance with the regulations set forth by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) and the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS). All Dietitian consultations are conducted at our primary clinic located in the heart of Saudi Arabia Riyadh, or via approved telehealth platforms as specified below.

• Initial Comprehensive Assessment: A 60-minute one-on-one session with a licensed Dietitian covering medical history review, body composition analysis, dietary intake evaluation, and metabolic screening. This foundational session establishes the baseline for all subsequent Dietitian interventions.
• Personalized Nutrition Plan Development: The assigned Dietitian will design a culturally appropriate, halal-compliant meal plan tailored to the client's specific health objectives, whether weight management, diabetes control, cardiovascular health, or athletic performance. All plans are developed in alignment with Saudi dietary guidelines.
• Follow-Up Consultations (Monthly): Four (4) monthly 45-minute follow-up sessions with the Dietitian to monitor progress, adjust caloric and macronutrient targets, and address any emerging nutritional concerns. These sessions are conducted at our Saudi Arabia Riyadh facility.
• Laboratory and Biomarker Interpretation: The Dietitian will review and interpret all relevant blood work, lipid panels, HbA1c results, and micronutrient profiles provided by the client's primary physician, integrating findings into the ongoing nutrition strategy.
• Telehealth Dietitian Consultations: Two (2) virtual Dietitian check-in sessions via secure video conferencing, allowing the client to receive guidance from the comfort of their home in Saudi Arabia Riyadh or any other location within the Kingdom.

• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer to our account at Al Rajhi Bank (Saudi Arabia Riyadh branch), SADAD, and major credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed in Saudi Riyal.
• Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly surcharge as per Saudi commercial regulations.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
• All Dietitian services are provided by SCFHS-licensed and SFDA-registered professionals. The client acknowledges that the Dietitian does not prescribe pharmaceutical medications and operates under a nutrition and lifestyle advisory capacity.
• Client health information shared during Dietitian consultations is protected under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the SFDA's confidentiality guidelines.
• Cancellations of scheduled Dietitian appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% session fee. No-shows are charged in full.
