4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, the Dietitian at NutriSanté Dakar reserves the right to re-evaluate pricing based on current operational costs in Senegal Dakar.
All fees are quoted in West African CFA Francs (XOF) and are inclusive of applicable Senegalese Value Added Tax (TVA) at the prevailing rate of 18%. No additional hidden charges will be applied beyond those itemized above.
Payment terms: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining 70% shall be settled in two equal monthly installments aligned with the service delivery schedule. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the NutriSanté Dakar account at Ecobank Senegal or by certified cheque.
The Dietitian will maintain strict professional confidentiality in accordance with Senegalese data protection law (Loi n° 2008-12). All client records, dietary plans, and health data will be stored securely and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
Cancellation or rescheduling of any Dietitian appointment must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled session cost.
This Quotation Estimate does not guarantee specific health outcomes. The Dietitian will provide evidence-based nutritional guidance, but individual results in Senegal Dakar may vary based on adherence, comorbidities, and lifestyle factors.
Any services beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written estimate approved by both parties prior to commencement.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of Senegal. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which the competent courts of Dakar, Senegal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
