Scope of Services – Dietitian Consultation ProgrammeThe following Dietitian services will be delivered at our Sandton clinic in South Africa Johannesburg or via secure telehealth consultation, as agreed per session. All services are provided by a fully registered and accredited Dietitian in good standing with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).

1. A deposit of 50% (R 10,033.75) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Dietitian's schedule.
2. The remaining balance of 50% (R 10,033.75) is payable within 14 calendar days of the final consultation session.
3. Payment may be made via EFT to our FNB account: 628 4471 9032 (Branch: 250 655). Please reference Quotation No. QTE-2025-04871.
4. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as per the National Credit Act of South Africa.
5. All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of travel within the Johannesburg metropolitan area. Travel to locations outside Johannesburg (e.g., Pretoria, Ekurhuleni) will be billed at R 8.50 per km.
Terms and Conditions1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after the validity period.
2. All Dietitian services are governed by the HPCSA Code of Conduct and the National Health Act (Act 61 of 2003) of South Africa.
3. Client confidentiality is maintained in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), 2013. No dietary information will be shared with third parties without written consent.
4. Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee of the session rate.
5. The Dietitian reserves the right to refer the client to a medical practitioner or specialist if a condition beyond the scope of dietetic practice is identified.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a medical diagnosis. All dietary recommendations are advisory and do not replace medical treatment.
7. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, South Africa, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
