The following services are provided by our certified Dietitian team, all conducted in compliance with the standards set by the Korea Dietetic Association and the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety of South Korea. Services are tailored to the unique dietary culture, food availability, and health regulations specific to South Korea Seoul:

• Initial Nutritional Assessment: Comprehensive body composition analysis, dietary history review, blood work interpretation, and metabolic profiling conducted at our Seoul clinic or the client's residence within Seoul city limits.
• Personalized Meal Plan Development: Customized weekly and monthly meal plans incorporating traditional Korean cuisine (banchan, kimchi, doenjang-jjigae, etc.) aligned with the client's health objectives, allergies, and cultural preferences.
• Ongoing Dietary Counseling: Scheduled one-on-one consultations (in-person in Seoul or via telehealth) to monitor progress, adjust caloric and macronutrient targets, and address emerging nutritional concerns.

The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be paid according to the following schedule:

• Monthly Installments (70%): KRW 369,600 per month, payable on the 1st of each month via bank transfer to the Seoul Wellness & Nutrition Consulting Co., Ltd. account (IBK Bank, Seoul Gangnam Branch, Acct: 000-123-456789).
• Payment is due within 10 business days of invoice issuance. Late payments shall incur a 1.5% monthly surcharge as per South Korean commercial practice.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in South Korea Seoul.
2. All Dietitian services are provided by licensed professionals registered with the Korea Dietetic Association. The Dietitian shall maintain professional confidentiality in accordance with South Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
3. Services are to be performed within the administrative boundaries of Seoul, South Korea. Travel to locations outside Seoul city limits (e.g., Incheon, Gyeonggi-do) will incur an additional travel surcharge of KRW 50,000 per visit.
4. The client agrees to provide accurate health information, medical records, and dietary history to the Dietitian to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the nutritional program.
5. Cancellation of services with less than 72 hours' notice will result in a 50% fee for the scheduled session. Cancellation of the entire engagement after the initial assessment will forfeit the deposit.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment plan. The Dietitian's recommendations are advisory and should be coordinated with the client's primary physician.
7. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court, South Korea.
8. All intellectual property, including meal plans and nutritional protocols developed by the Dietitian, remains the property of Seoul Wellness & Nutrition Consulting Co., Ltd.
