The total amount of this Quotation Estimate for dietitian services is 1,155.55 EUR (one thousand one hundred fifty-five euros and fifty-five cents), inclusive of the applicable 21% Value Added Tax (IVA) as mandated by the Spanish tax authority (Agencia Tributaria). Payment may be made via bank transfer to the account held by Clinica Nutricional Mediterránea at CaixaBank (IBAN: ES21 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332), or by credit/debit card at the time of service. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the initial dietitian consultation booking, with the remaining balance due within 15 calendar days of service completion. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly surcharge in compliance with Spanish commercial law (Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad).
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision in accordance with the Consumer Price Index (IPC) published by the Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE) for the Barcelona metropolitan area. Acceptance of this estimate constitutes agreement to all terms and conditions outlined herein. The client is requested to sign and return a copy of this document to confirm engagement of the dietitian services described.
Terms and Conditions
- All dietitian services are provided by a registered professional dietitian holding a valid licence from the CODINC and the Generalitat de Catalunya.
- Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance; no-shows will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
- Client data is processed in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a medical diagnosis. The dietitian will refer clients to their attending physician in Barcelona, Spain, when clinical intervention is required.
- Any additional services beyond the scope of this estimate will be subject to a separate written quotation.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
