1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Dietitian services listed herein may be subject to revision in accordance with current market rates in Spain Valencia.
2. All prices quoted in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Euros (EUR) and include the applicable Spanish Value Added Tax (IVA) at the standard rate of 21%, as mandated by the Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria (AEAT).
3. Payment for the Dietitian services shall be made in advance via bank transfer to the account of Nutrición Valencia S.L. (IBAN: ES21 0081 0001 0012 3456 7890) or by credit/debit card. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the initial Dietitian consultation booking.
4. Cancellations of scheduled Dietitian appointments in Spain Valencia must be made no fewer than 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the session fee as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
5. The Dietitian services described in this Quotation Estimate are provided in strict compliance with the Spanish Law 44/2003 on the Regulation of Health Professions and the professional code of ethics of the Spanish Association of Dietitians (ACD).
6. All personal health data processed during the Dietitian engagement will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection. Data will be stored securely at our Spain Valencia premises and will not be shared with third parties without explicit client consent.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance may be provided by signing the copy of this document or by making the initial deposit payment.
8. Any additional Dietitian services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written agreement and supplementary Quotation Estimate.
9. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, and any disputes arising from the Dietitian services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.
