Important: All prices in this Quotation Estimate are quoted in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) and are subject to adjustment should there be significant fluctuations in the local exchange rate or government-mandated fee changes during the validity period. The Dietitian reserves the right to update this estimate with 7 days' written notice. A 15% deposit is required to confirm the booking and secure the client's schedule in Sudan Khartoum.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Dietitian reserves the right to revise pricing based on current market conditions in Sudan Khartoum.

4.2 Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer to the Dietitian's registered account at Bank of Khartoum, cash payment at the practice office, or approved mobile money transfer.

4.3 The Dietitian shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client health information in accordance with Sudanese medical ethics regulations and the professional code of conduct of the Sudanese Dietetic Association.

4.4 Cancellation of any scheduled session must be communicated to the Dietitian at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee.

4.5 The services outlined in this Quotation Estimate do not constitute a substitute for emergency medical care. In the event of a medical emergency, the client is advised to seek immediate attention at the nearest hospital in Khartoum.

4.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and dated the acceptance section below. Upon acceptance, a formal service agreement will be executed.
