- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, prices may be revised due to market fluctuations in Turkey Istanbul.
- A deposit of 50% of the total amount (TRY 10,230.00) is required to confirm the booking and secure the Dietitian's schedule. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the final follow-up session.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer (IBAN: TR12 0006 4000 0011 2345 6789 01), credit/debit card, or cash at our clinic in Turkey Istanbul. A receipt will be issued for every transaction in compliance with Turkish tax regulations.
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before a scheduled Dietitian session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows will incur a 50% fee of the session price.
- The Dietitian services described in this Quotation Estimate are for nutritional guidance and dietary management only and do not constitute medical treatment. For medical conditions requiring clinical intervention, the client will be referred to a licensed physician in Turkey Istanbul.
- All personal health data collected during the Dietitian consultation is protected under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK – Law No. 6698) and will not be shared with third parties without explicit written consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the deposit has been received. The final service agreement will be provided upon acceptance.
- The Dietitian assigned to this program holds a valid license from the Turkish Ministry of Health and is a certified member of the Turkish Association of Dietitians. Credentials are available for verification upon request.
