Important Terms Governing This Quotation Estimate

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Payment Terms: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the engagement. The remaining balance is due within fourteen (14) days of service completion. Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or approved digital payment methods accepted in the United Arab Emirates.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be communicated at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled session cost.
Licensing & Compliance: All Dietitian services are delivered by practitioners registered with the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi and hold valid UAE professional licenses. The practice operates in full compliance with Abu Dhabi healthcare regulations.
Confidentiality: All client health information, dietary records, and consultation notes are treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with UAE data protection laws and the Abu Dhabi Health Authority's privacy guidelines.
Scope Limitation: The Dietitian services provided under this Quotation Estimate are for nutritional counseling and dietary management only. They do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment. Referrals to physicians will be made when clinically indicated.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
