Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows: a 50% deposit (£320.00) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the initial Dietitian consultation appointment. The remaining balance (£320.00) is payable in two equal instalments of £160.00, due at the commencement of Month 2 and Month 4 of the engagement. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the accompanying invoice. Cheques payable to "Greenwell Dietetics & Nutrition Ltd" are also accepted. Late payments exceeding 14 days will incur a 4% monthly interest charge in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 applicable in the United Kingdom.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to review upon expiry.
- Registration: The Dietitian providing services under this Quotation Estimate is fully registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA), operating in full compliance with United Kingdom professional standards.
- Location: All in-person consultations will take place at our practice premises on New Street, Birmingham, United Kingdom, or at the client's residence within the Birmingham metropolitan area (postcodes B1–B15) at no additional travel charge.
- Cancellation: Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
