• The remaining balance of 75% (£936.00) is payable in two equal instalments: 50% at the completion of the initial assessment (Item 01) and 50% upon delivery of the final follow-up consultation (Item 03, Session 4).
• All payments are to be made by BACS bank transfer, debit/credit card, or direct debit. Cheques are not accepted.
• Payment is due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur a statutory interest charge of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market rates in the United Kingdom London healthcare sector.
• All Dietitian services are subject to the availability of the assigned practitioner. In the event of cancellation by the provider, a full refund of the affected session fee will be issued within 10 working days.
• Client cancellations made fewer than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the session rate. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will be rescheduled at no additional cost (up to two reschedules per engagement).
• The Dietitian will maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. All client records will be stored securely in compliance with NHS Digital standards where applicable.

• The services described herein are for private, non-emergency nutritional care. In the event of a medical emergency, the client should contact 999 or their nearest A&E department in London immediately.
