3. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to market fluctuations in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- All Diplomat services are subject to prior written approval by the client's designated authority. No work shall commence until a signed Service Agreement is executed.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 50% upon mid-term milestone verification, and 10% upon final acceptance. Invoices shall be issued monthly in BDT.
- Diplomat Services & Solutions Ltd. shall comply with all applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including the Foreign Diplomatic and Consular Missions Act, 1982, and local Dhaka municipal regulations.
- Security personnel and vehicles operating under the Diplomat brand in Bangladesh Dhaka shall carry valid permits issued by the Bangladesh Police and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Any change in scope, additional personnel, or extended service duration in Dhaka shall be documented via a formal Change Order and re-quoted separately.
- Diplomat Services & Solutions Ltd. maintains comprehensive liability insurance (minimum BDT 50,000,000) covering all operations within Dhaka and its surrounding districts.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2001.
- This document constitutes a Quotation Estimate only and does not form a binding contract until both parties affix their signatures and seals.
