This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. All prices are quoted in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and are inclusive of all applicable federal, state, and municipal taxes levied within the Distrito Federal of Brasília. The Diplomat program shall be subject to the diplomatic immunity provisions outlined in the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961), as ratified by the Brazilian Federal Republic.
Payment terms for the Diplomat deployment in Brasília shall be structured as follows: 30% upon contract execution, 40% upon delivery and commissioning of all Diplomat vehicles in Brasília, and 30% upon successful completion of the first quarterly operational review. All payments shall be processed via federal transfer (TED/PIX) to the designated government account.
The supplier warrants that all Diplomat vehicles and associated equipment shall meet or exceed the safety and emissions standards established by the Brazilian National Traffic Council (CONTRAN) and the environmental regulations of the Brasília municipal authority. Any non-conformity identified during the first 90 days of operation shall be rectified at no additional cost to the contracting government entity.
The full deployment of the Diplomat fleet in Brasília shall be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of contract signature.
