This Quotation Estimate is issued by Diplomat, a specialized firm providing diplomatic protocol advisory, multilingual translation, interpretation, and high-level consultancy services, for the exclusive use of the client identified above. The scope of work described herein pertains to services to be rendered in and around Brazil São Paulo, including the city proper, the Greater São Paulo metropolitan area, and, where applicable, travel to other municipalities within the state of São Paulo. Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly installments, due on the 10th business day following the end of each calendar month. The first installment, equivalent to 20% of the total Quotation Estimate value (R$ 175,188.80), is due upon contract execution. Remaining amounts shall be invoiced monthly based on services rendered. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the Diplomat corporate account in São Paulo, Brazil. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1% per month plus the SELIC index, in accordance with Brazilian commercial law.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between Diplomat and the client for the services described herein. Any modifications to scope, duration, or deliverables must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties. Diplomat reserves the right to revise pricing if the engagement extends beyond the twelve-month period specified, subject to a mutually agreed-upon adjustment.
All services under this Quotation Estimate shall be coordinated from Diplomat's principal office in São Paulo, Brazil, located at Av. Paulista, 1578, Bela Vista district. Diplomat maintains a dedicated team of certified translators, protocol specialists, and security coordinators based in the São Paulo metropolitan area, ensuring rapid deployment and on-site availability. For events or engagements outside the city of São Paulo but within the state, additional travel and accommodation costs will be itemized in a supplementary Quotation Estimate prior to execution.
Important Notes:- All rates in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of airfare, lodging for visiting personnel, and third-party venue fees unless explicitly stated.
- Diplomat shall comply with all applicable Brazilian data protection regulations (LGPD – Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados) when handling client information.
- Sworn translations (Tradução Juramentada) will be executed by a Tradutor Público sworn before the Junta Comercial do Estado de São Paulo.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final invoice. Final billing will reflect actual services delivered.
- Diplomat's liability is limited to the total value of this Quotation Estimate.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo. Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the services rendered under it shall first be subject to mediation in São Paulo before proceeding to litigation. Diplomat shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of R$ 5,000,000.00 throughout the engagement period.
