This Quotation Estimate is issued by Diplomat International Consultancy & Advisory Services (hereinafter referred to as "Diplomat") to provide a detailed and transparent cost breakdown for the full spectrum of advisory, strategic, and operational services to be delivered within the jurisdiction of China Beijing. Diplomat has been engaged to support the client's international expansion strategy, regulatory compliance, cross-border negotiation facilitation, and institutional relationship management across the capital region and its surrounding provinces.

The Diplomat team, comprising senior consultants, legal specialists, and regional policy analysts based in our China Beijing headquarters, will deliver the following service modules as outlined in this Quotation Estimate:

This Quotation Estimate from Diplomat stipulates the following payment schedule, payable via bank transfer to the designated account of Diplomat International Consultancy & Advisory Services, China Beijing Branch, ICBC, Chaoyang Sub-branch:

• 30% Advance Payment: CNY 2,027,568 due within 10 business days of mutual acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• 40% Milestone Payment: CNY 2,703,424 due upon completion of the Regulatory Compliance & Licensing module and delivery of the first quarterly Risk Assessment report.
• 30% Final Payment: CNY 2,027,568 due within 15 business days of the final project deliverable and formal handover in China Beijing.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Diplomat reserves the right to revise pricing after the expiry date due to fluctuations in operational costs within China Beijing.
2. All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed by qualified personnel of Diplomat and shall comply with the laws of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the Foreign Investment Law, the Civil Code, and applicable municipal regulations of China Beijing.
3. Diplomat shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, trade secrets, and strategic data shared during the engagement. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of services.
4. Any changes to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Diplomat will issue a supplementary Quotation Estimate for any additional services requested by the client.
5. Diplomat shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government policy changes, or public health emergencies affecting operations in China Beijing.
6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Beijing for binding arbitration.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received in full by Diplomat.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate. Diplomat confirms that all rates and service descriptions are accurate as of the date of issue and reflect the current market conditions in China Beijing.
