All Diplomat products listed in this Quotation Estimate will be delivered to the client's premises at Building 3, 1000 Century Avenue, Pudong New Area, China Shanghai. Delivery is scheduled within 25 business days from the date of written purchase order confirmation. Diplomat's Shanghai regional warehouse, located in the Baoshan District logistics park, will stage all items prior to final delivery. Freight, unloading, and in-building transport (including freight elevator coordination with the Pudong property management office) are included in the installation line item. Should any Diplomat components require importation from our European manufacturing facility, the Quotation Estimate already incorporates an estimated 10-day customs clearance window at Shanghai Port, and all applicable import duties and tariffs are borne by Diplomat Premium Workspace Solutions.

• 30% Advance Payment: CNY 689,322.60 due within 5 business days of signed purchase order, payable via bank transfer to Diplomat's designated PRC corporate account (ICBC, Shanghai Branch).
• 50% Progress Payment: CNY 1,148,871.00 due upon completion of on-site installation and prior to final commissioning.
• 20% Final Payment: CNY 459,548.40 due within 10 business days of the client's written acceptance certificate and handover of all Diplomat product warranties and maintenance manuals.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision after the expiry date due to fluctuating material costs in the Shanghai market.
• All Diplomat products carry a minimum 5-year structural warranty. The comprehensive maintenance contract (Item 10) extends coverage to include upholstery, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Installation works in China Shanghai shall comply with all applicable PRC building codes, fire safety regulations, and the Shanghai Municipal Construction Commission's guidelines for commercial interior fit-out.
• Any changes to the scope of work after the purchase order is signed will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued by Diplomat within 5 business days.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and resolved through arbitration at the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC).
• Diplomat Premium Workspace Solutions reserves the right to substitute equivalent or superior Diplomat components if a specific model is temporarily unavailable, provided the substitution does not reduce the quality or functionality of the delivered solution.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the commercial terms agreed upon for the Diplomat workspace project in China Shanghai. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding commercial offer and, upon the client's written acceptance, forms the basis of the master supply and installation contract.
