4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market conditions in Colombia Bogotá.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be structured as follows: 40% upon contract execution, 35% upon completion of the Diplomat Core Protocol Training and on-site consultancy phase, and 25% upon final delivery and acceptance of all services in Colombia Bogotá. All payments shall be made in US Dollars via international wire transfer to the designated account of Diplomat International Services S.A.S.
