• Acoustic treatment and sound-insulation installation for the Diplomat executive boardroom and private meeting suites.

4.1 — A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total Quotation Estimate value shall be due upon execution of the definitive contract. The remaining 70% shall be payable in two equal installments: 35% upon completion of furniture delivery and installation in Colombia, Medellín, and 35% upon final commissioning and acceptance sign-off by the client's project manager.

4.2 — All payments shall be made in Colombian Pesos (COP) via wire transfer to the Diplomat International Solutions S.A.S. account held at Banco de Bogotá, Medellín branch. International payments in USD are also accepted at the exchange rate prevailing on the date of invoice issuance.

4.3 — Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Colombian commercial law (Código de Comercio, Colombia).

The Diplomat project team in Colombia, Medellín estimates a total project duration of 14 weeks from the date of contract execution. This includes 4 weeks for international freight and customs clearance, 6 weeks for on-site installation and technology deployment, and 4 weeks for acoustic finishing, branding installation, and final quality assurance inspections.
