This Quotation Estimate assumes that all services will be delivered within the administrative boundaries of the city of Marseille and its immediate metropolitan area (including the communes of La Ciotat, Cassis, and Aix-en-Provence). Any travel beyond this radius will be billed at cost plus a 15% administrative surcharge. The estimate does not include third-party venue rental fees, catering for more than 150 guests, or any costs arising from force majeure events. The remaining 60% shall be invoiced in two equal instalments: the first due thirty (30) days after the commencement of services, and the final instalment due within fifteen (15) days of project completion. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).

This Quotation Estimate is non-binding until formally accepted in writing by both parties and converted into a definitive service agreement governed by the laws of the French Republic.
Diplomat shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all client information, diplomatic communications, and event details in accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
All personnel deployed by Diplomat in France Marseille shall hold valid professional credentials, current security clearances where applicable, and comprehensive professional liability insurance.
