Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for Diplomat products and services is subject to revision based on material costs, exchange rates, and availability within the Indonesia Jakarta market.
2. Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon signing of the Purchase Order; 40% upon delivery of all Diplomat items to the Jakarta site; 20% upon successful completion of installation and client sign-off. All payments shall be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via bank transfer to the account of PT Diplomat Interior Solutions, Bank Mandiri, Jakarta branch.
3. Delivery & Installation: All Diplomat products shall be delivered to the designated site in Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan within eight (8) weeks of receipt of the advance payment. Installation and commissioning shall be completed within a further four (4) weeks, subject to site readiness and access permits issued by the building management in Indonesia Jakarta.
4. Warranty: All Diplomat furniture and interior systems carry a minimum five (5) year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Acoustic panels carry a three (3) year warranty. Warranty service will be provided by our dedicated Jakarta service team.
5. Cancellation & Changes: Cancellation after the advance payment has been received will incur a 15% penalty. Any changes to the Diplomat product specifications, quantities, or layout after the Purchase Order is signed will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
6. Compliance: All Diplomat products supplied under this Quotation Estimate comply with Indonesian national standards (SNI), fire safety regulations (SNI 03-1746), and occupational health and safety requirements applicable in Indonesia Jakarta. Certificates of conformity will be provided upon delivery.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through mediation in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Acceptance & AuthorizationBy signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, pricing, and scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Diplomat premium office fit-out project in Indonesia Jakarta. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the basis for the formal Purchase Order and Service Agreement.
