- All amounts are quoted in Euro (EUR). No currency conversion fees shall apply as the transaction is domestic within Italy Naples.
- Late payments shall incur a statutory interest charge of 1.5% per month in accordance with Italian commercial law (Codice Civile, Art. 1284).
This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this estimate shall be confirmed in writing by the client via signed copy of this document or a formal purchase order referencing Quotation No. DIP-NAP-2025-0472. All services described herein shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the Courts of Naples (Italy Naples). Any disputes arising from this engagement shall first be subject to good-faith mediation before the Chamber of Commerce of Naples before proceeding to litigation.
Diplomat reserves the right to adjust the scope of services should unforeseen circumstances arise, including but not limited to changes in Italian governmental regulations, public health directives, or force majeure events affecting operations in Italy Naples. Any such adjustments will be communicated in writing and will not alter the total estimated cost unless explicitly agreed upon by both parties. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final invoice; a detailed invoice will be issued upon commencement of each service phase.
