Upon receipt of a signed purchase order and the initial 40% advance payment, the Diplomat system hardware will be shipped from our Washington, D.C. facility to Kazakhstan Almaty within fifteen (15) business days. On-site installation, configuration, and integration at the client's designated premises in Almaty will commence within ten (10) business days of hardware arrival. The full Diplomat platform, including all modules listed in this Quotation Estimate, is expected to be fully operational and handed over to the client within a total of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of contract execution.

• 40% Advance Payment: Due within ten (10) business days of contract signing, via irrevocable letter of credit or wire transfer to the account specified in the contract.
• 40% Milestone Payment: Due upon successful completion of on-site installation and initial system testing in Kazakhstan Almaty, confirmed by a joint sign-off document.
• 20% Final Payment: Due upon final acceptance and handover of the fully operational Diplomat platform, including completion of the training program.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision after the expiry date due to currency fluctuation, component cost changes, or regulatory adjustments in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• All Diplomat hardware is covered by a manufacturer's warranty of twenty-four (24) months from the date of installation in Kazakhstan Almaty, in addition to the twelve-month support contract outlined in Item 08.
• The Diplomat software license is perpetual and non-transferable, restricted to use solely at the client's designated facility in Almaty, Kazakhstan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All data processed by the Diplomat platform shall remain within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Kazakhstan. No data shall be transmitted to or stored on servers outside Kazakhstan Almaty without explicit written consent from the client.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or government-imposed trade restrictions affecting Kazakhstan, shall extend the delivery timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal contract shall be executed by both parties prior to any procurement or deployment activity.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), with the seat of arbitration in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the Diplomat Integrated Diplomatic Communication and Security Platform and confirms that the terms, pricing, and scope of work described herein are acceptable for deployment at the client's facility in Kazakhstan Almaty.
