- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any order placed beyond this period is subject to re-pricing due to potential fluctuations in raw material costs, exchange rates, and import duty structures in Nepal.
- All Diplomat-branded products are covered under a minimum two-year comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects. The smart-office technology components carry a separate five-year software support license as specified in Item 06.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon delivery of all Diplomat goods to the designated site in Kathmandu, and 20% upon successful commissioning and sign-off by the Procurement Committee.
- Delivery is estimated within forty-five (45) working days from the date of purchase order confirmation. All logistics, including customs clearance at Nepal Kathmandu entry points, are managed by Diplomat International Supply Co., Ltd.
- All prices are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of standard packaging. Any special crating or export packaging requirements will be quoted separately.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order is issued and countersigned by both parties. Diplomat International Supply Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify specifications with prior written consent of the client.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or any subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Nepal.
