Upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and receipt of the 40% down payment, Diplomat Philippines Manila will initiate the manufacturing and quality-control phase within 10 business days. Full delivery to the client's premises in Philippines Manila is scheduled within 35 to 45 calendar days from the date of order confirmation. The Diplomat installation crew, based in our Philippines Manila operations center, will deploy on-site for a minimum of five (5) consecutive working days to complete assembly, alignment, and final calibration of all furnished elements.
40% Down Payment: Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate by Diplomat Philippines Manila.
40% Progress Payment: Due upon completion of manufacturing and prior to dispatch from the Diplomat Cebu facility to Philippines Manila.
20% Final Payment: Due upon successful installation, client inspection, and issuance of the Diplomat Certificate of Completion in Philippines Manila.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Diplomat Philippines Manila corporate account or by post-dated check payable to "Diplomat Philippines Manila, Inc."
This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision based on fluctuations in raw material costs, exchange rates (PHP/USD), and Philippine government tax policy changes affecting the Philippines Manila import and commercial sectors.
