Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is issued by Diplomat Premium Office Solutions, a registered entity operating in Qatar Doha, and is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any order placed after the expiry date of 15 July 2025 will be subject to re-pricing.
- All prices quoted in this document are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are inclusive of Diplomat brand premium materials, standard hardware, and factory finishing. Custom color or material upgrades will be quoted separately.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of manufacturing and prior to dispatch, and 20% upon successful installation and client sign-off at the Qatar Doha site.
- Lead time for all Diplomat items listed above is eight (8) to ten (10) weeks from the date of confirmed purchase order, subject to material availability and Qatar Doha logistics scheduling.
- Diplomat provides a comprehensive five-year warranty on all structural components and a two-year warranty on upholstery, leather, and mechanical parts. Warranty service will be provided by the Diplomat after-sales team stationed in Qatar Doha.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order is issued by the client and countersigned by an authorized representative of Diplomat.
- All Diplomat products are manufactured to ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and comply with Qatar Municipality building and interior regulations applicable in Qatar Doha.
- Any changes to the scope, dimensions, or specifications after this Quotation Estimate has been accepted will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and may affect the delivery timeline.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or any subsequent agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and resolved through the competent courts in Doha, Qatar Doha.
