Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of 30% (25,724.63 EUR) is due upon written acceptance of this document by the client. The remaining 70% (60,024.12 EUR) shall be invoiced in equal monthly instalments over the twelve-month service period, payable within thirty (30) calendar days of each invoice date via direct bank transfer (SEPA) to the Diplomat S.L. account held at CaixaBank, IBAN ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332, in Spain Valencia. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate established by the Agencia Tributaria for the Comunidad Valenciana.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing by Diplomat S.L.
4.2 All services are to be performed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, the autonomous regulations of the Comunidad Valenciana, and the municipal ordinances of the city of Valencia. Diplomat S.L. shall comply with all applicable data protection requirements under the GDPR and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
4.3 Any additional services not explicitly listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional fee, to be agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement.
4.4 Diplomat S.L. reserves the right to decline or modify any engagement if the requested services conflict with diplomatic protocol, Spanish public order, or the firm's professional ethical obligations.
4.5 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved by the competent courts of Valencia, Spain, or by arbitration before the Valencia Chamber of Commerce (Cámara Oficial de Comercio de Valencia), at the election of the client.
4.6 This document constitutes a Quotation Estimate only and does not form a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the initial deposit has been received.
