All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling. VAT is charged at the current United Kingdom standard rate of 20%. This Quotation Estimate does not include any third-party parking charges, congestion charges, or tolls incurred during the service period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, Diplomat Executive Services Ltd reserves the right to revise pricing in line with current market conditions in United Kingdom Manchester.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining balance invoiced monthly in arrears. All payments to be made via BACS transfer to the Diplomat corporate account.
- All Diplomat vehicles are fully insured under a comprehensive United Kingdom motor insurance policy. The client shall be named as an additional interested party on all policies for the duration of the contract.
- Chauffeurs and drivers employed by Diplomat hold valid United Kingdom driving licences, Professional Driving Licences (PDL), and have undergone enhanced DBS checks as required for operation in Manchester and the wider United Kingdom.
- The client may cancel this Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata charge for the remaining contracted period shall apply.
- All services shall be performed in accordance with the Diplomat Service Level Agreement (SLA), which guarantees a 98% on-time arrival rate for all scheduled pickups and drop-offs within the United Kingdom Manchester service area.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.
- Diplomat Executive Services Ltd shall maintain full public liability insurance of no less than £10,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
- Any amendments to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to implementation. Diplomat shall issue a supplementary Quotation Estimate for any additional services requested.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Upon countersignature by an authorised representative of Diplomat Executive Services Ltd, this Quotation Estimate shall constitute a binding agreement for the provision of the Diplomat executive transport services in United Kingdom Manchester as described above.
