- Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate becomes a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the client and receipt of a 40% non-refundable deposit by Diplomat. The remaining 60% balance is due upon completion of installation at the Houston, Texas site.
- Payment Terms: Net 30 days from invoice date for the final balance. Diplomat accepts wire transfer, certified check, or corporate purchase order. All payments are due in United States Dollars (USD).
- Warranty: All Diplomat furniture items carry a five (5) year structural warranty and a two (2) year finish and upholstery warranty. Installation workmanship is guaranteed for one (1) year from the date of completion in Houston, TX.
- Changes and Revisions: Any modifications to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be submitted in writing to the Diplomat project manager. Revised estimates will be issued within five (5) business days of receiving change requests.
- Delivery and Risk: Title and risk of loss transfer to the client upon delivery and acceptance at the designated Houston, United States location. Diplomat's white-glove delivery team will handle all unloading, positioning, and final assembly.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, with jurisdiction in the Harris County District Courts, Houston, TX.
- Confidentiality: Diplomat agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, project specifications, and pricing contained within this Quotation Estimate document.
