This Quotation Estimate is issued by Beijing Premier Medical Staffing Co., Ltd. in response to the formal request submitted by International Corporate Wellness Group for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing professional engagement of a qualified Doctor General Practitioner to serve at the client's corporate health facility located in China Beijing. The scope of this estimate encompasses all costs associated with the sourcing, vetting, licensing verification, onboarding, and first-year employment of the Doctor General Practitioner, as well as ancillary administrative and compliance services required under the regulations of the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China.
The Doctor General Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary care, preventive health screenings, occupational health assessments, minor procedure management, and referral coordination for up to 350 corporate employees at the designated Beijing office campus. All clinical services will be delivered in accordance with the standards set forth by the Chinese Medical Association and the applicable municipal health authority in Beijing.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing labor market conditions in China Beijing and applicable regulatory fee adjustments.
- The engagement of the Doctor General Practitioner is contingent upon successful completion of all background checks, license verifications, and health examinations as required by the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful onboarding and commencement of duties by the Doctor General Practitioner, and 20% upon completion of the first three months of service.
- All payments shall be made in Chinese Yuan (CNY) via bank transfer to the designated corporate account of Beijing Premier Medical Staffing Co., Ltd. International wire transfers are accepted with a 2% processing surcharge.
- The Doctor General Practitioner shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a non-compete clause for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of the engagement, in compliance with the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China.
- Any changes to the scope of services, working hours, or clinical responsibilities of the Doctor General Practitioner must be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and mutually signed by both parties.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract. A formal labor contract, compliant with the regulations of the China Beijing labor authority, shall be executed separately upon mutual agreement.
- Applicable law: This Quotation Estimate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission.
