4. Terms and Conditions
4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Medical Center of Alborz reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes in the Iranian healthcare market, pharmaceutical costs, or regulatory updates in Iran Tehran.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments within fifteen (15) business days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the designated account of the Medical Center of Alborz, Tehran, Iran. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Iranian commercial law.
4.3 Service Duration: The engagement of the Doctor General Practitioner under this Quotation Estimate is proposed for an initial term of twelve (12) months, renewable upon mutual written agreement of both parties.
4.4 Cancellation Policy: Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination by the client, a cancellation fee equivalent to one month's service fee shall apply.
