3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Kenya Nairobi and adjustments to the Medical Council of Kenya fee schedule.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in quarterly instalments of 25% each, due within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance. A 5% late payment penalty shall apply to overdue balances. All payments shall be made in Kenyan Shillings (KES) via bank transfer to the account designated by Nairobi Medical Associates Ltd.
3.3 Scope Limitations: This Quotation Estimate covers services delivered by the Doctor General Practitioner as a primary care provider. Specialist referrals, inpatient hospitalisation, and advanced diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT scans) are excluded and will be billed separately at prevailing facility rates.
3.4 Cancellation and Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.
3.5 Confidentiality: All patient records and medical data handled by the Doctor General Practitioner shall be protected in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, and the Medical Council of Kenya's Code of Ethics.
3.6 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the auspices of the Nairobi County Dispute Resolution Centre, failing which the matter shall be referred to the High Court of Kenya in Nairobi.
Important: This Quotation Estimate is a good-faith estimate of costs and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. The Doctor General Practitioner reserves the right to adjust service delivery schedules based on patient acuity and clinical necessity. All services will be delivered at the Nairobi Medical Associates clinic located at 4th Floor, Westgate Business Centre, Kenya Nairobi, or at the client's designated facility as mutually agreed.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. The Doctor General Practitioner and Nairobi Medical Associates Ltd. confirm their readiness to commence services upon receipt of the first quarterly payment.
