General Terms
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in operational costs, fuel prices, or regulatory requirements in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% at the six-month mark, and 30% upon completion of the twelve-month service period. All payments shall be made in Tanzanian Shillings via bank transfer to the clinic's designated account at CRDB Bank, Dar es Salaam branch.
- The Doctor General Practitioner services described herein are subject to the professional standards and ethical code of the Tanzania Medical Council. Any deviation from the agreed scope must be documented in a written amendment signed by both parties.
- Coastal Health & Wellness Clinic shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance and medical malpractice coverage throughout the duration of the engagement, as required by Tanzanian law.
- All patient data collected during the Doctor General Practitioner consultations and community programmes shall be handled in strict compliance with the Tanzania Data Protection Act, 2022, and the NIDA (National Information Technology Authority) guidelines.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions in Dar es Salaam, shall suspend service obligations without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the Tanzania Arbitration Act, 2020, with jurisdiction in the High Court of Tanzania, Dar es Salaam.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the required advance payment.
