- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Doctor General Practitioner reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes in operational costs within United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
- All fees quoted are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of the Doctor General Practitioner's professional time, clinical expertise, and standard medical consumables. Specialised diagnostic imaging or laboratory tests ordered at the patient's discretion shall be billed separately at prevailing DHA Abu Dhabi fee schedules.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly instalments over the twelve-month service period. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per UAE commercial law.
- The Doctor General Practitioner shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AED 5,000,000, as mandated by the Department of Health Abu Dhabi. A certificate of insurance shall be provided upon request.
- All patient data and medical records shall be handled in strict accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. No patient information shall be shared with third parties without explicit written consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The final service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific regulations of Abu Dhabi's healthcare authority.
- The Doctor General Practitioner shall comply with all DHA Abu Dhabi clinical practice guidelines, infection control protocols, and mandatory continuing medical education (CME) requirements throughout the engagement period.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment shall be applied to the remaining service fees.
- This Quotation Estimate is prepared exclusively for the named recipient and shall not be transferred, assigned, or used for any other purpose without prior written consent from the Doctor General Practitioner.
