Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the designated account of the service provider registered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The payment schedule is as follows:
- 30% advance payment upon acceptance and signing of this Quotation Estimate.
- Monthly installments of the remaining balance, due on the 5th business day of each month.
- All invoices are payable within 15 calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
- The Doctor General Practitioner must hold a valid medical license issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and maintain professional liability insurance throughout the contract period.
- All medical services will be delivered in a licensed clinical facility within Tashkent, Uzbekistan, or at the client's designated premises as mutually agreed.

- The service provider reserves the right to substitute the Doctor General Practitioner with an equally qualified physician in the event of illness, leave, or force majeure, with prior written notice to the client.
- Any additional services not explicitly listed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written agreement and additional charges.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the absence of resolution, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and converted into a Service Agreement.
