The Doctor General Practitioner must hold a valid medical license issued by the Ministry of Health of Vietnam and possess a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in general practice within Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City or equivalent urban healthcare settings.

3. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to price revision due to fluctuations in the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City healthcare labor market.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total amount shall be due within fifteen (15) business days of contract signing; the remaining 50% shall be paid in equal monthly installments over the twelve (12) month service period.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the MediCare Vietnam Healthcare Solutions Co., Ltd. account at Vietcombank, Ho Chi Minh City Branch, Account No. 0091001234567.
- The Doctor General Practitioner shall be bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement regarding all patient medical records and clinic operational data in compliance with Vietnam's Law on Medical Practice and the Personal Data Protection Decree.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unused service fees shall be processed within twenty (20) business days.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. All terms herein are subject to final contractual negotiation.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration under the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Ho Chi Minh City.
- The Doctor General Practitioner's working schedule shall follow the standard clinic operating hours in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City: Monday to Saturday, 07:30–17:30, with Sunday on-call rotation as specified in the employment annex.
