This Quotation Estimate is formally submitted to provide a comprehensive breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a senior Economist to deliver macroeconomic analysis, fiscal policy advisory, and economic forecasting services within the jurisdiction of Algeria, Algiers. The Economist proposed for this engagement holds a Doctorate in Economics from a recognized international institution, possesses a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in macroeconomic policy analysis, and has previously delivered consultancy services to governmental and intergovernmental bodies in North Africa. The Economist is fully registered with the Algerian National Order of Economists and holds a valid professional practice license issued for the Algiers jurisdiction. All deliverables shall be produced in both Arabic and French, in accordance with the bilingual requirements of public sector documentation in Algeria, Algiers.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Algeria.
4.2 Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% upon contract execution, 40% upon delivery of the mid-term deliverables (items 01 and 02), and 30% upon final acceptance of all remaining deliverables. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated in the final service agreement.
4.3 The Economist shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all data, models, and policy documents accessed during the course of this engagement in Algeria, Algiers. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of any work.
4.4 Any changes to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be approved in writing by both parties. Additional services not covered herein shall be subject to a supplementary quotation.
4.5 This engagement is governed by the laws of the Algerian People's Democratic Republic. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria.
4.6 The Economist reserves the right to decline any assignment that conflicts with professional ethical standards as defined by the Algerian economic consultancy code of conduct.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the proposed engagement of the Economist for services to be rendered in Algeria, Algiers is accepted in full, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
