This Quotation Estimate for the Economist engagement in Australia Brisbane shall be paid in accordance with the following schedule:
- 30% deposit ($32,934.00) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- 40% progress payment ($43,912.00) due at the six-month milestone, upon delivery of the first two (2) economic reports.
- 30% final payment ($32,934.00) due upon completion of all deliverables and final acceptance by the client.
All payments shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the nominated bank account of Brisbane Economic Advisory Group Pty Ltd. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requirements for the Australia Brisbane jurisdiction.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and fees are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Australia Brisbane.
5.2 The Economist and all supporting staff engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with all applicable Australian and Queensland legislation, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), and relevant Queensland professional standards.
5.3 All intellectual property, reports, data models, and analytical outputs produced by the Economist under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment of all amounts due under this Quotation Estimate.
5.4 The Economist shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of AUD $10,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Australia Brisbane.
5.5 Any variation to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed in writing by both parties. Additional hours or deliverables will be billed at the rates specified herein.
5.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by an authorised representative of Brisbane Economic Advisory Group Pty Ltd.
5.7 All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia Brisbane.
