The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties specifically within the Australia Sydney economic context:
(a) Provide ongoing macroeconomic and microeconomic analysis relevant to the Australia Sydney metropolitan economy, including but not limited to GDP growth trajectories, unemployment rate projections, consumer price index movements, and residential and commercial property market dynamics.
(b) Conduct detailed economic impact assessments for any proposed infrastructure, commercial, or residential development projects within the Australia Sydney area, in compliance with NSW Government planning guidelines and the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (NSW).
(c) Deliver quarterly written and oral economic outlook reports to the client, with specific focus on the Australia Sydney labour market, wage growth, immigration-driven population changes, and their implications for local business strategy.
(d) Serve as the client's principal Economist representative in all dealings with the NSW Department of Planning and Environment, the Sydney Water Corporation, Transport for NSW, and relevant local council economic development offices within the Australia Sydney region.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and terms contained herein shall be subject to revision and re-issuance as a new Quotation Estimate.
4.2 All prices stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. GST at the current rate of 10% shall be applied to all taxable supplies.
4.3 Payment terms: 50% of the monthly retainer shall be due on the first business day of each calendar month, and 50% shall be due on the fifteenth business day. All one-off deliverables (reports, briefings, modelling engagements) shall be invoiced upon completion and are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days.
4.4 The Economist shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of AUD $10,000,000 and public liability insurance of AUD $20,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement in Australia Sydney.
4.5 All work product, reports, models, and analyses produced by the Economist under this Quotation Estimate shall become the sole intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Economist retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios with prior written consent from the client.
4.6 Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
4.7 This Quotation Estimate and the resulting engagement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia Sydney.
4.8 The Economist shall comply with all applicable Australian privacy legislation, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and shall handle all client data in strict confidence.
