The Economist proposed under this Quotation Estimate holds a Doctorate in Economics from a recognized international institution, with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in macroeconomic analysis, development economics, and public policy. The Economist has previously served in advisory capacities for government bodies, international development organizations, and private sector entities within Bangladesh Dhaka and the broader South Asian region. Fluency in English and Bangla is mandatory, ensuring seamless communication with all stakeholders in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- Payment shall be made in quarterly installments, with the first installment due within fifteen (15) days of contract execution. All payments shall be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bank transfer to the designated account in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- The Economist shall devote a minimum of one hundred and sixty (160) working hours per month to the client engagement, with on-site presence in Bangladesh Dhaka for no fewer than twenty (20) days per month.
- All deliverables, including reports, analyses, and advisory memoranda, shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Economist shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information pertaining to the client's operations in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and supplementary cost estimate approved by both parties.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and any disputes arising shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein for the engagement of the Economist in Bangladesh Dhaka. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding service agreement.
