Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via international wire transfer to the account of MacroEconomic Advisory & Consulting Group. The payment schedule is structured as follows:

  • 30% Advance Payment: Due upon contract signature and confirmation of the Economist's deployment to DR Congo Kinshasa.
  • Quarterly Installments (20% each): Payable at the end of each fiscal quarter, contingent upon submission of the quarterly progress report and acceptance by the Ministry.
  • Final Payment (10%): Due upon completion of the twelve-month engagement and delivery of the final comprehensive economic assessment report for DR Congo Kinshasa.
  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuation (CFA Franc / USD) or changes in operational costs within DR Congo Kinshasa.
  • All services shall be performed in full compliance with the labor laws, tax regulations, and professional standards of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The Economist and supporting staff will hold valid work permits issued by the relevant DR Congo authorities.
  • Intellectual property of all reports, analyses, and policy recommendations produced under this engagement shall vest exclusively with the Ministry of Planning and Sustainable Development, DR Congo Kinshasa, upon full payment.
  • Either party may terminate the contract with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, all work completed to date shall be invoiced and paid in full.
  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the formal service agreement.
