This Quotation Estimate is issued by Nile Delta Professional Services Ltd. in response to the formal request for the engagement of a qualified Economist to provide comprehensive macroeconomic advisory, policy analysis, and fiscal forecasting services within the jurisdiction of Egypt Cairo. The proposed Economist shall operate primarily from the client's offices located in the New Administrative Capital district of Egypt Cairo, with periodic fieldwork across the Greater Cairo metropolitan area, including the Giza and Qalyubia governorates.
The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Doctorate in Economics (Ph.D.) from an accredited institution, possess no fewer than twelve (12) years of post-qualification experience in public-sector economic policy, and demonstrate proven expertise in Egyptian fiscal frameworks, Central Bank of Egypt monetary policy instruments, and the regulatory environment governing economic activity in Egypt Cairo.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Economist services in Egypt Cairo.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the sixth month of the Economist's engagement, and 30% upon final delivery of the twelfth-month report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Nile Delta Professional Services Ltd. at the National Bank of Egypt, Cairo branch.
- The Economist shall be bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement in accordance with Egyptian Law No. 175 of 2018 (Data Protection Law) and the relevant provisions of the Egyptian Civil Code governing professional engagements.
- All deliverables, including but not limited to macroeconomic models, policy briefs, and fiscal forecasts prepared by the Economist in Egypt Cairo, shall become the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement, drafted in accordance with Egyptian commercial law and reviewed by both parties' legal counsel, must be executed prior to the commencement of any services.
- Any change in scope, extension of the Economist's engagement beyond twelve months, or addition of new deliverables shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued in writing and countersigned by both parties.
- Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Egypt Cairo or, at the client's election, by arbitration under the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Centre (EAC) in Cairo.
- The Economist shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Central Bank of Egypt, the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority (EFRA), and the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development while performing duties in Egypt Cairo.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms its intent to proceed with the engagement of the proposed Economist for the services described herein, to be delivered in Egypt Cairo under the terms stated above.
