3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Economist reserves the right to revise the pricing structure to reflect changes in market conditions, exchange rates, or the cost of living in France Paris.

3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three instalments: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon delivery of the interim fiscal policy model, and 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of the Economist's registered firm in France Paris. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate prescribed by Article L441-10 of the French Code de Commerce.

3.3 Scope Limitations: This Quotation Estimate covers only the services explicitly enumerated in Section 2. Any additional analytical work, extended forecasting horizons, or supplementary presentations requested by the client beyond the agreed scope shall be subject to a separate, revised Quotation Estimate issued by the Economist.

3.4 Confidentiality and Data Protection: The Economist undertakes to treat all data, documents, and information provided by the client as strictly confidential. All data processing shall comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable in France and the specific provisions of the French Loi Informatique et Libertés.

3.5 Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, all reports, models, and analytical outputs produced by the Economist under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client. The Economist retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios, subject to the client's prior written consent.

3.6 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this engagement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris, France Paris.

3.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting operations in France Paris.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorises the Economist to commence the services described herein in France Paris, subject to the terms and conditions set out in Section 3.
