This Quotation Estimate is issued by Asante Economic Advisory Ltd., a registered consultancy firm operating from Ghana Accra, to formally present the cost structure, deliverables, and professional terms for the engagement of a qualified Economist to provide comprehensive economic analysis, policy advisory, and strategic financial forecasting services. The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will operate primarily from our offices in the Osu business district of Ghana Accra, with the flexibility to conduct fieldwork, stakeholder meetings, and data collection exercises across the Greater Accra Region and, where required, other regions of Ghana. All deliverables will be tailored to the specific economic, regulatory, and market conditions prevailing in Ghana Accra and the broader Ghanaian economy.

Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Ghana Accra.
Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 70% shall be payable in two equal monthly instalments at the midpoint and conclusion of the engagement period.
Scope Changes: Any additional services, extended timelines, or changes in scope requested by the client beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary quotation issued by the Economist and approved in writing by both parties.
Confidentiality: The Economist and all supporting staff engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall treat all client data, proprietary information, and deliverables as strictly confidential. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of work in Ghana Accra.
Intellectual Property: All reports, analyses, forecasts, and written deliverables produced by the Economist under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full and final payment of the amounts stipulated in this Quotation Estimate.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government-imposed restrictions, or pandemics affecting operations in Ghana Accra.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contractual relationship shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2099 (Act 698).
Tax Compliance: All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) as prescribed by the Ghana Revenue Authority. Withholding tax, where applicable, shall be deducted at source in accordance with Ghanaian tax law.

Note: The rates presented in this Quotation Estimate reflect the current professional fee structure for Economist services in Ghana Accra as of June 2025. Given the dynamic nature of the Ghanaian economy, including fluctuations in the Ghana Cedi exchange rate and inflationary pressures, the firm reserves the right to adjust rates for engagements commencing after the validity period of this document.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Economist services in Ghana Accra and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein. This signature constitutes formal acceptance and authorizes Asante Economic Advisory Ltd. to commence the engagement as described.
