This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Economic Advisory Pvt. All services described herein shall be rendered in India New Delhi, with the primary office of the client serving as the principal site of engagement. The Economist assigned to this mandate shall hold a minimum of fifteen (15) years of post-doctoral experience in Indian and South Asian macroeconomics, with demonstrated expertise in RBI monetary policy, GST fiscal frameworks, and FDI regulatory environments specific to the India New Delhi jurisdiction.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and the scope of Economist services may be revised to reflect prevailing market conditions in India New Delhi.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the first quarter of services, and the remaining 30% upon successful delivery of the final annual report. All payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account of Meridian Economic Advisory Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi.
- The Economist and the supporting team shall adhere to the confidentiality and data-protection protocols as stipulated under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the applicable regulations of the Reserve Bank of India and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
- All on-site work, meetings, and deliverable handovers shall take place at the client's registered office in India New Delhi unless otherwise agreed in writing. Virtual consultations via secure video conferencing are included at no additional cost.
- Any change in scope, additional Economist hours beyond the retainer, or extension of the engagement period shall be documented through a formal Change Order and a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by Meridian Economic Advisory Pvt. Ltd.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the execution of the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India New Delhi.
- All intellectual property, including models, reports, and analyses produced by the Economist team, shall vest in the client upon full and final payment. Meridian Economic Advisory Pvt. Ltd. retains the right to reference the engagement in anonymised case studies.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the scope, rates, and terms outlined herein for the Economist advisory services in India New Delhi are acceptable. This acceptance shall trigger the commencement of the onboarding process within five (5) business days.
