All deliverables will be produced in accordance with the standards set by the Statistical Center of Iran and aligned with the reporting requirements of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The Economist retained under this Quotation Estimate shall deliver the following to the client on a recurring basis:

• Monthly macroeconomic dashboard covering key indicators for Iran Tehran, including CPI, unemployment rate, industrial production index, and foreign exchange reserves.
• Quarterly in-depth research papers (minimum 25 pages each) addressing structural economic issues relevant to the Tehran business environment.
• Annual comprehensive economic outlook report providing 3-year forward projections for the Iranian economy with specific emphasis on Tehran's role as the nation's commercial and financial hub.
• Real-time advisory memos (within 48 hours of request) addressing urgent economic developments, regulatory changes, or market disruptions affecting operations in Iran Tehran.

• Payment Schedule: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the first six (6) months; 30% upon successful completion of the full twelve-month engagement. All payments shall be made via wire transfer to the designated account of Meridian Economic Advisory Group, Tehran, Iran.
• Confidentiality: All data, models, and analyses produced by the Economist under this engagement are the exclusive property of the client. No portion of the work shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent, in compliance with Iranian commercial confidentiality law.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to changes in international sanctions regimes affecting Iran Tehran, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be invoiced for all services rendered up to the termination date as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
• Compliance: The Economist shall conduct all activities in full compliance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the regulations of the Central Bank of Iran, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, and all applicable provisions governing economic research and advisory services in Iran Tehran.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Tehran, Iran, in accordance with the rules of the Tehran International Arbitration Center.
