The figures presented in this Quotation Estimate are based on the following assumptions, all of which pertain to the delivery of Economist services in Israel Jerusalem:
- The engagement will be conducted primarily at our Jerusalem, Israel office located in the Ramat Gan Economic District, with travel to other parts of the city billed at standard rates if additional site visits are required beyond the 15 days allocated.
- All economic data referenced will be sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Israel, the Bank of Israel, the Jerusalem Municipality Economic Department, and internationally recognized databases. No third-party data licensing fees are included in this estimate.
- The Economist team assigned will consist of one senior Lead Economist, two Associate Economists, and one research analyst, all of whom hold relevant credentials recognized by the Israeli Institute of Economists.
- Working hours are defined as 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Thursday, and 08:00 to 14:00 on Friday, in accordance with the standard business week in Israel Jerusalem. Overtime will be billed at 1.5 times the applicable hourly rate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for legal counsel, translation services (Hebrew-to-English or English-to-Hebrew), or printing of hard-copy reports unless explicitly requested in writing by the Client.
Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule, all amounts denominated in Israeli New Shekels (ILS):
- 30% advance payment (ILS 238,596) due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, to be remitted to our bank account in Jerusalem, Israel within 10 business days.
- 40% interim payment (ILS 318,128) due upon delivery of the interim Economist report and completion of on-site field research in Israel Jerusalem.
- 30% final payment (ILS 238,596) due upon delivery of the final policy white paper and completion of the executive presentation in Jerusalem.
All invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments will accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Israeli Late Payment Law (Hokhachat Ha'Avoda Ha'Me'uharet), currently set at 1% per month or the statutory rate, whichever is higher.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Israel Jerusalem and changes in the Israeli labor market.
- The Economist team reserves the right to adjust the scope of work if the Client requests additional analyses, extended fieldwork in Israel Jerusalem, or supplementary deliverables. Any such changes will be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and will carry an additional cost estimate.
- All intellectual property, including reports, models, and data sets produced by the Economist team, shall remain the property of our firm unless a separate licensing agreement is executed. The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for internal purposes.
- Confidentiality: All information exchanged in the course of this engagement, whether pertaining to the Client's operations or to the economic data of Israel Jerusalem, shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions in Israel Jerusalem, or national security directives issued by the State of Israel.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jerusalem, Israel.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms that the scope of Economist services described herein meets their requirements for operations in Israel Jerusalem, and agrees to the terms, conditions, and payment schedule set forth in this document.
