Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Marchetti Economic Advisory S.r.l., Milan, Italy, in accordance with the following schedule:
- 30% of the total amount (€22,618.80) due upon signing and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% of the total amount (€30,158.40) due upon delivery of the final comprehensive report.
- 30% of the total amount (€22,618.80) due within thirty (30) days following the completion of the advisory retainer period.
Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Italian law (Legge 192/1998) plus the European Central Bank reference rate. All payments are to be made in Euro (EUR) to the IBAN provided on the formal invoice.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The formal service agreement will be executed separately and will govern all legal relationships between the Economist and the client.
- The Economist shall maintain strict confidentiality over all proprietary data, financial records, and strategic information disclosed by the client during the course of the engagement in Italy Milan. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to the commencement of work.
- All deliverables, including reports, models, and presentations, shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The Economist reserves the right to decline or withdraw from the engagement if the client's activities are found to be in violation of Italian or European Union law.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures affecting operations in Milan, Italy, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
