Payment shall be structured in three instalments: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement; 40% upon delivery of the interim economic impact report; and the remaining 30% within thirty (30) calendar days of the final report submission. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the firm's designated account in Rome, Italy. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Italian civil law (Codice Civile, Art. 1284).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Economist may be subject to revision.
- All intellectual property rights in the reports, models, and analyses produced by the Economist shall vest in the client upon full payment, subject to the firm's right to reference the engagement in anonymised professional portfolios.
- The Economist shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with Italian data protection regulations (D.Lgs. 196/2003) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Any scope changes or additional deliverables beyond those specified herein shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued in writing and accepted by both parties prior to commencement.
- The services described in this document are to be performed exclusively within the jurisdiction of Italy, with the primary operational base in Rome, Lazio. Travel to other Italian regions, if required, will be billed at cost.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Rome.
- The firm carries professional indemnity insurance with a coverage of EUR 2,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Italy Rome.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorises Bellini & Partners Economic Consulting S.r.l. to proceed with the engagement of the Economist as described herein. The signed document shall constitute a binding service agreement for the scope, fees, and terms set out in this document.
