This Quotation Estimate is formally submitted by Macroeconomic Advisory & Research Partners to the Ministry of Finance and Budget of the Republic of Ivory Coast. The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Economics or a related quantitative field, with no fewer than fifteen (15) years of professional experience in macroeconomic policy, public finance, or development economics. The Economist must demonstrate proven experience working within West African economic contexts, familiarity with BCEAO monetary frameworks, and a working knowledge of Ivorian fiscal legislation. Prior engagement with institutions in Ivory Coast Abidjan or neighboring ECOWAS member states is strongly preferred. The Economist shall be fluent in French and English to ensure seamless communication with all stakeholders in Abidjan.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance payment upon contract signature; 40% upon delivery of the mid-term progress report; 30% upon final acceptance of the comprehensive report and all deliverables. All payments shall be made in XOF via bank transfer to the firm's designated account in Abidjan.
- Intellectual Property: All reports, models, data sets, and analytical outputs produced by the Economist under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the Ministry of Finance and Budget upon full payment. The Economist retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
- Confidentiality: The Economist and all supporting staff shall be bound by a strict non-disclosure agreement. No data, findings, or preliminary conclusions related to Ivory Coast Abidjan's fiscal or monetary position shall be disclosed to third parties without written authorization from the Ministry.
- Revisions: Two (2) rounds of revisions on the final report are included in this Quotation Estimate. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope shall be billed at a rate of 150,000 XOF per hour.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to political instability, natural disasters, or government-mandated closures in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ivory Coast. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Abidjan in accordance with the rules of the Ivorian Chamber of Commerce.
- Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by an authorized representative of the Ministry of Finance and Budget and accompanied by the advance payment.
