This Quotation Estimate is issued by Tanaka Economic Advisory to formally present the projected costs, scope of engagement, and deliverables associated with the retention of a qualified Economist to provide comprehensive macroeconomic and regional economic analysis services for the Japan Osaka metropolitan area. This document serves as the official financial proposal and shall remain binding upon mutual acceptance by both parties. The Economist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services specifically tailored to the economic landscape of Japan Osaka and the broader Kansai region:

In accordance with the terms of this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Economist services in Japan Osaka shall be structured as follows:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due upon execution of the service agreement (approximately JPY 14,114,100).
- 40% Mid-Contract Payment: Due at the six-month mark of the engagement period (approximately JPY 18,818,800).
- 30% Final Payment: Due upon completion of all deliverables and submission of the final economic report for Japan Osaka (approximately JPY 14,114,100).
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Tanaka Economic Advisory, Osaka, Japan. Late payments shall incur an interest charge of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Japanese commercial law.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Japan Osaka.
5.2 The Economist engaged under this agreement shall maintain full professional independence and shall not be subject to undue influence from the client regarding the content of economic analyses, forecasts, or policy recommendations pertaining to Japan Osaka.
5.3 All intellectual property, reports, models, and analytical frameworks developed by the Economist specifically for this engagement in Japan Osaka shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
5.4 Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
5.5 This Quotation Estimate and the resulting service agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Japan Osaka under the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
5.6 The Economist shall comply with all applicable data protection regulations, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) as enforced in Japan Osaka and the broader Kansai region.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, and financial projections set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Economist in Japan Osaka. This document, once countersigned, shall constitute a binding service agreement.
